Specific weight: 1.00 kg/l ± 5%
Yield: 16-17 m²/l depending on the desired effect and the substrate.
Dilution: it can be used pure or diluted with a maximum of 10% water, depending on the final result you want to obtain.

Base preparation

The surface to be painted must be dry, free from dust and dirt, free from any traces of oil, grease and other deposits. If the substrate appears to be floury, apply ISOLANTE ALTA PENETRAZIONE or alternatively ISOEDIL-A. To complete the preparation of the base, apply a coat of FONDO PER VELATURA METALLICA pigmented in chromatic agreement with the desired color. Apply the product until the base is completely covered.

Application

After having prepared the bottom, you can proceed with the application of VELATURA LIDO. Depending on the desired effect, there are different application techniques:

CLOUDY EFFECT: application with stainless steel trowel.
ANTIQUE EFFECT: brush or roller. VELATURA LIDO is used as a decorative paint for interiors.

Warnings

Apply the material only on cured and dry surfaces.
Avoid application in the coldest periods of the year.
Apply at a temperature higher than +5 °C and lower than +35 °C.

Preservation

Protect from frost. The material, if stored in suitable rooms, in the original packaging, has a shelf life of one year.
